</strong></p>
<p>Research has shown the following to be true for people who meditate on a regular basis:</p>
<ol>
<li><strong>Increased peace of mind</strong></li>
<li><strong>You will get to know self </strong></li>
<li><strong>You will be Calmer </strong></li>
<li><strong>Intuitive capabilities will open up </strong></li>
<li><strong>Lowered blood pressure </strong></li>
<li><strong>Reduced heart rate </strong></li>
<li><strong>Ability to concentrate and focus </strong></li>
<li><strong>Improved grades </strong></li>
<li><strong>Improvement in moral values </strong></li>
<li><strong>Closer connection with nature </strong></li>
<li><strong>Desire to preserve nature </strong></li>
<li><strong>There will be more beauty in the world &#8211;      things will begin to look shiny and beautiful </strong></li>
<li><strong>Improved relationships </strong></li>
<li><strong>Easier to see the Truth that pervades all</strong></li>
<li><strong>Deeper understanding of all that is</strong></li>
</ol>
<p><span id="more-895"></span></p>
<p>You will notice the miracles that come into your life.<br />

<p><strong>How to Meditate: </strong><br />
There are many forms of meditation below is one way to do a sitting silent meditation based on the vipassana style.</p>
<p><strong>Posture:</strong> Sit with your back straight, in a chair is easiest for most people, with your legs uncrossed, unless you are sitting on the floor. Use a shall or blanket if you like, especially if you get chilled when sitting.</p>
<p>It is best NOT to meditate in bed as it is too easy to just fall asleep</p>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> Find a special place. Build an alter (it maybe as simple as a candle), have a special room or chair where you will not be interrupted.</p>
<p><strong>When: </strong>Same time every day &#8211; first week every morning (allocate 30 minutes), 5 to ground, 20 to meditate and 5 to re ground</p>
<p>After the first week meditate twice a day for twenty minutes. After about two years you can change to meditating forty minutes once a day by adding 5 minutes to the morning meditation and taking 5 minutes from the evening meditation. Do this over the course of 6-months or so (or whatever feels right to you). Then meditate for life. The above time line is a general rule of thumb for a first time meditator. Adjust the duration and instructions based on your own past practices.</p>
<p><strong>Process:</strong> First create a ritual to be your process. For now you can use the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>Go to a quiet, special place and ground (imagine your feet      sinking deep into the earth)</li>
<li>Light a candle and set the intention to meditate as you do so</li>
<li>Sit in posture (see above) and take two deep breaths, very slowly</li>
<li>Say a prayer to set your intention (I wish my mind to be quiet      for the next 20 minutes)</li>
<li>Enter a sacred space mentally</li>
<li>Notice the in-breath</li>
<li>Notice the exhale</li>
<li>After 20 minutes &#8211; very slowly come back into the room</li>
<li>Re ground</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Ending the Meditation:</strong> If you come back too quickly or do not ground afterwards you may get a headache and be cranky or experience light headedness. Give yourself time and space.</p>
<p>Meditation is about slowing down and going within &#8211; not going to sleep; mentally you will be in a heightened state of awareness not unconsciousness. If you find yourself going to sleep during meditation then you need to get more rest so that you will be able to meditate effectively. That said, some studies have shown that twenty minutes of meditation are worth about two hours of sleep.</p>
<p><strong>Anchors<strong> </strong></strong><strong>on how to do centering meditation</strong><br />
Anchors are the focus of a meditation. They can be the breath, a mantra, silence, a mandala, motion, or any thing that keeps the left brain occupied so that the right brain can be receptive.</p>
<p><strong>Types of Anchors:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Breath &#8211; notice the breath, notice body functions, notice      thoughts</li>
<li>Silent Prayer &#8211; Clear the mind and notice what happens</li>
<li>Mantra &#8211; this is a repetitive phrase or word</li>
<li>Moving Meditations &#8211; waking with purpose, Tai Chi, and many other      martial arts and dance styles</li>
<li>Visual journey to a place &#8211; like a garden or a beach (you can use      prerecorded media for this or create your own journey)</li>
<li>Drums and rattles &#8211; can use our own drum or rattle or you can use      a tape or CD</li>
<li>Music &#8211; chanting, Bach, Metaphysical, didgeridoo&#8230;</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Mantras</strong><br />
Mantras are another form of anchor. They bring in the energy of the mantra being chanted. Using modern mantras will create unpredictable results as they do not have the test of time to ascertain their affects. Using established mantras will create predictable results. Use your inner guidance as to which mantra is best for you.</p>
<p><strong>AUM or OM </strong><br />
Pronounced &#8216;OM&#8217;, is a very ancient and sacred sound. It is the all-encompassing, uncreated, unchanging essence. It is the &#8220;mind&#8221; of the Universe. The original nature of Buddha.</p>
<p><strong>OM AH HUM SOHA </strong><br />
This mantra functions on many levels, below is a rudimentary explanation:<br />
OM, AH and HUM represent the three bodies of the Buddha. Where OM, is the universe, the universal, the all-encompassing, the uncreated, and/or the unchanging. The <strong>&#8220;mind&#8221;</strong> of the Universe. The original nature of Buddha. While AH, is the Truth embodied, the Word and <strong>&#8220;speech&#8221;</strong> of the Universe or Dharma. HUM is the fruition, and refers to physical manifestations i.e. the <strong>&#8220;body&#8221;</strong> of the Universe or Sangha. SOHA is the termination of the mantra. This mantra is the trinity.</p>
<p>In Buddhism, OM is the universal Buddha mind. It is enlightenment or Nirvana. It is simultaneously the source and the destination of everything. From the center, out to all sorts of individualities and then back to the center again.</p>
<p>AH represents the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas (Buddhas to be), such as Shakyamuni Buddha, founder of the present day Tibetan Tantric Buddhism.</p>
<p>HUM would be correspondent to Siddhartha Gautama, the human being who became Shakyamuni Buddha. It is the fruition, and refers to physical manifestations, i.e. the <strong>&#8220;body&#8221;</strong> of the Universe or Sangha.</p>
<p><strong>&#8220;SO HA&#8221;</strong> means something like <strong>&#8220;amen&#8221;, &#8220;so be it&#8221;, or &#8220;let it be&#8221;.</strong></p>
<p>Most Tantric mantras have the format of &#8220;OM AH HUM SOHA&#8221;<br />
<strong>OM</strong><strong> Mane Padme Hum </strong><br />
Everything has many levels of meaning &#8211; those presented here are only one view. Roughly Translated: OM, salutations to The Jewel of Consciousness (the mind) which has reached the heart&#8217;s lotus.</p>
<p><strong>OM</strong><strong> &#8211; seed syllable </strong><strong><br />
<strong>Mane Padme &#8211; &#8220;Jewel in the Lotus&#8221; </strong><br />
<strong>Hum (Sanskrit) / Hung (Tibetan) &#8211; seed syllable </strong></strong></p>
<p>The Jewel in the Lotus is frequently taken as a reference to Avalokitesvara, the Bodhisattva of Compassion, known in Tibetan as Chenrezig.</p>

<p>Chakra is a sanskrit word meaning wheel or disc. Each of these wheels/discs rotate managing the energy flow between or spiritual and physical body. According to the original teachings there are 88,000 energy flow points in the body. Mostly they are small and of little significance to our daily routines. Forty of these energy points are in  our hands feet and shoulders, playing a primary role in how we react, sensitively to events around us. <span id="more-277"></span>The main seven chakra/energy points are the ones most discussed and worked with in resolving issues of energy within our lives.</p>
<p>We hold  memory of all past soul travel within these points and it is believed that during this Earth journey we have chosen to resolve some of these issues residing in these energy wheels. Communication, relationships, home, family, abundance, power are just a few examples of the energy issues we undertake during this journey. We react and interact to conscious and subconscious thoughts projected through community, close friends and media.</p>
<p>The result is tiredness, euphoria, peace, calm, harmony etc depending on how each event reacts within your own energy field. Chakras are energy transmitting and receiving stations. We transmit energy, turning it into messages or feelings for other people. We are constantly receiving messages from other people, either subliminally subconsciously or in an aware state. Often the energy from others is an intrusion on our own energy patterns and may leave us thinking that we have moods, thoughts or feelings which are not actually are own.</p>
<p><strong>ENERGY  FLOW </strong></p>
<p>Nerves are extremely important whether a person is dealing primarily with spiritual flow or Kundalini energies. Both of these energies manifest through the nervous system, pushing them to extend and receive more energy, thus heightening our awareness. Sometimes your nerves will feel more raw, and you will fell tense and irritable. That is the time to either suspend or limit these energy exercises. Perhaps you have been doing too well and brought too much energy into your nervous system. Calming and catching up is essential.</p>
<p><strong>Calming Your Nerves &#8211; a mindfulness meditation</strong></p>
<p>Imagine lying on a beach: The tide is coming in and gently washing all tension and negativity away, taking it back into the water to be cleansed in the ocean of life. Repeat until you have a calm and peaceful feeling all over your system.</p>
<p><strong>Learn to meditate with Colour Meditation:</strong></p>
<p>Sometimes your nerves lack or are deficient in one of the components of white light. Think of the ends of your nerves all over your body; imagine them filled with a red light and love (love doesn’t dig up old frustrations); then an orange light, a yellow light, a green light, blue light and purple light, ending with a radiant white light filling your nerve endings. Many times you will discover one of the colours rushing into the nerves; then you know you were deficient in it.</p>
<p><strong>Visualising</strong>:</p>
<p>An excellent way to nourish and build up your nerves is to look at colours or visualise favourite ones. You may wish to use coloured light bulbs to change the colour energy of your area.</p>
<p>Where your nerves power your physical body, the nadis power the higher mental and spiritual bodies. Nadis are like nerve channels of a more subtle etheric nature. There are many thousands of them and they are very important as vehicles for entry and circulation of the Life force (prana) of the system.</p>
<p><strong>The three main nadis are are primary for chakra meditation</strong><br />
<strong>Sushumna</strong> &#8211; the spiritual essence which goes up the centre of the spine<br />
<strong>Ida</strong> – female polarity (negative in electrical terms)<br />
<strong>Pingala </strong>– male polarity (positive in electrical terms)<br />
Ida and Pingala begin on either side of the tailbone and weave back and forth around the spinal area (much as the snake in the Cadeus of Hermes) They cross at the base of the skull, run over the top of the nose and end in each corner of the nose.</p>
<p><strong>Balancing exercise for overloaded Ida or Pingala</strong>:</p>
<p>Visualize the end of the tailbone free of stress and open to receive the Kundalini energy. Now visualise the left side of the tailbone, where Ida begins, also opened and stress free. Then visualise the bottom of the right side of the tailbone where Pingala begins, free of stress and open. Visualise or imagine  about half of the Kundalini flow coming into Sushumna, going up the spine; divide the remaining half equally between Ida and Pingala. Let the Kundalini in Sushumna rise up the spine and out the top of the head to mix with the divine energy and shower back over the body. Now bring the Kundalini energy through Ida and Pingala The Ida energy will come out the left side of the bottom of the nose and the Pingala out the right side; let this energy mix with the inbreath, then go into the lungs to refine the whole body and uplift the cells. (if the nose itches take 5 or 6 short breaths)</p>

<p>Beloved Flowers of Light and Love, you have reached a very Sacred Moment when you are ready to become the Sacred Rose. I ask you, now, to be with me and to allow the Radiant Christ energy to enter into your being and to allow you to open the Rose of Cosmic Consciousness. This was the work that I did with my Beloved, with the purpose of raising your consciousness to the point where you could truly <span id="more-268"></span>embrace the Divine and Cosmic aspects of your Being. It is that point where you know within your heart and soul and body that You Are Heaven on Earth and that you are the Rose of the Christ Light.</p>
<p>So, sit very quietly, and allow yourself to breathe very deeply. Focus into your beautiful and Sacred Heart and feel the Flow of the Divine Energy moving through you. You are Beautiful and you are Loved, so deeply Loved. Feel that Love moving through every cell in your body and every aspect of who you are in the Realms of Light. You are so deeply Loved. Breathe that Love. Feel it in your Heart. It is best if you breathe deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth, letting the breathe of life move through your body. You are Loved.</p>
<p>So, sit in this way and allow yourself to breathe for at least ten minutes. After this time, your body should be still and your mind clear. Now, focus into your Heart again and ask your Higher Self to align your inner Divine Masculine and Feminine energies. Feel the explosion of ecstatic radiance in your Heart moving down your body through your lower chakras and into the Earth, down to the Earth Star. You are grounded and your are connected to the Earth. Feel the Love flowing from your Heart to the Earth and back into your Heart. Breathe that Love into your Being.</p>
<p>Now, as you bask gently in that Beautiful Love, feel the energy of Divine Grace all around you. You are held in Grace and Beauty, and you trust absolutely that you are being supported and guided by the Divine Light within. So, now, allow yourself to feel the channel in your Light Body that aligns with your spine, and allow yourself to pull that energy of Love up that channel, through the Heart channel and up into the Crown. At this point, you will feel the Pineal Gland activate in an explosion of Light and Love, and that Light will travel upwards, and the petals of the Rose will begin to open.</p>
<p>It will be the most beautiful and ecstatic experience, if you are ready to receive the Divine Love that will pour through you and into your Heart and down into the Earth. And you will feel the Rose opening all around you. The colors will swirl around you and you will feel movement, as your Spirit Sphere restructures into the Sacred Geometric patterns of the Sacred Rose.</p>
<p>Dearest Children of Light, know that you are Loved. Know that this beautiful Rose of Light will be the Spirit and Soul vehicle that will lift you into Cosmic Consciousness. We celebrate with you the opening of the Rose&#8230;.the Flower of Love. Feel how this restructuring will open you to the Cosmic Creation Matrix, the Great Womb of all Creation. You will know, as I knew, your own Divine Essence and you will become One with the Divine Light of Creation.</p>
<p>Beloved Children of Light, this was my work and my purpose with my Beloved. And we succeeded. For now, we are here to give to you these simple words that will begin to fire the completion sequence of the Grail Codes in those who are prepared to accept their own transformation and emergence into the New Earth way of Being. For us, this is a moment of Great Joy, as we see the completion of that which we came to do two thousand years ago. And we rejoice that not only our work finds completion, but the work of many others who have served the Divine Plan for your Evolution and Ascension into the Flower of Light that you Are.</p>
<p>So, at the end of this meditation, know that the process has begun. Breathe deeply and allow yourself to return your focus to your Heart. Again, breathe deeply, and allow the focus of your awareness to enter into your body once again.</p>
<p>Beloved Ones, know that as this Rose opens in your Spirit Sphere, you will feel and experience great change. You will feel safe, you will feel loved, you will feel Connected to Our Love, and you will know that All is Well, no matter what you must move through. You will feel Light at Heart and you will enjoy Life as you feel the richness and the abundance of Divine Blessing around you. You are truly home with your Beloved!</p>
<p>But, as our dearest Archangel did say to you, you will need to walk now in the absolute highest integrity and truth, whatever your Truth is. Speak your Truth and live your Truth. You will need to be Awake and Aware and discerning, you will need to be open and loving and honest. For to accept the Rose of Light into your Spirit Sphere is to commit to a life Ethical Purity and Integrity, and anything that is not in the highest integrity for you will create instant discord and disharmony that can only be aligned by returning to that state of Grace and Love and Harmony that is the result of living in the Highest Integrity, Truth and Love.</p>
<p>And so, we leave you with great Joy in our Hearts!</p>
<p>You are Loved. You are Beautiful. You are Divine Light. You are the Sacred Rose!</p>
