A Breath of Enlightenment – Morning Meditation
Find a comfortable place to sit and
consciously relax each part of your body.
When your body is somewhat relaxed focus on
becoming very still and breathe deeply & SLOWLY
into your belly for 20 minutes.
Hang out in the gaps between each inhale & exhale.
Simply observe breathing, it goes up & down.
Watch it simply and observe who is observing you breathing.
Do not try to change or control your breath, just witness it.
The closer you can watch it, the more you’ll know & experience
how this simple technique can bring you a lifetime
of abundance, peace of mind & fulfillment.
Simply sit in your own consciousness
and just relax and enjoy your innermost being.
