A Breath of Enlightenment – Morning Meditation
Find a comfortable place to sit and
consciously relax each part of your body.
When your body is somewhat relaxed focus on
becoming very still and breathe deeply & SLOWLY
into your belly for 20 minutes.
Hang out in the gaps between each inhale & exhale.
Simply observe breathing, it goes up & down.
Watch it simply and observe who is observing you breathing.
Do not try to change or control your breath, just witness it.
The closer you can watch it, the more you’ll know & experience
how this simple technique can bring you a lifetime
of abundance, peace of mind & fulfillment.
Simply sit in your own consciousness
and just relax and enjoy your innermost being.
Mandala to heal effects of oil spills water pollution
Greetings to all the generous hearts participating in this healing.
I thank you for your willingness to create changes toward harmony in your lives as well as for our planet.
The situations with oil spills and water pollution have affected me deeply and I feel that together we can change the course of events and clean up our earth facilitating a proper environment for all life. The internet has become a wonderful tool uniting people from all corners of our world. So here it is: I am submitting a clarion call to all humans to open their hearts and connect with a healing intention with our Mother Earth. I have created, with the help of my Divine presence, a mandala that I offer to you. You may print it and use it for the water healing and then if you feel connected to it use it as your heart guides you to. For the water healing, I suggest that you hold it horizontally (this way it connects to the crystalline grid around the earth and it increases the energy), you may put your hand above it (right or left hand as you feel it is proper for you) and you say the words below. (feel free to make it your own). This is a heart felt action so there is no right or wrong. The intention is the uniting factor.

Good Morning Dearest Hearts
On this beautiful sunny spring morning I felt moved it is time to go into action and ask for your help.With the oil spill I have felt our beautiful mother earth bleeding and begging for help, and I know how powerful our human heart is when it opens up wide and respond to a clarion call. In the recent months I have watched videos on UTUBE about scientific discoveries concerning water. (water the great mystery) An experiment was done with 2 container filled half way with water and the rest with crude oil. One container was left alone while the other had a mini speaker emitting the frequency of the human heart for 7 days. Can you guess what happen? Well for the one left alone nothing, but the one receiving the heart frequency, the water and the crude oil had separated but not only that , the oil had taken on the qualities of water(non toxic and fluid).

Wisdom Within – The Higher Self
The soul can be likened to a great house with many rooms, each of which makes up an integral part of who we are. One of those rooms, or aspects, is what is known as the higher self, a part of us that possesses a range of perception far greater than that of the conscious mind. Your higher self is aware of both your current existence and numerous other possibilities, and cannot be altered or suppressed. It is related to your basic, innate purpose and no matter how much or how often you change, it remains constant. Some believe the higher self is the most evolved, most perfect “self” and thus can act as a guide on life’s journey. In that role, it manifests itself in many ways: as images that flash in your mind inspiring ideas, as a small voice, as intuition, or as a feeling of rightness associated with certain actions.
