harmonious vibrations that seems to ebb and flow between two pure tones. As you listen, you slip calmly into a deep meditative state, overcome by the sound produced by a wooden mallet and a small unadorned metal bowl. This is the Tibetan singing bowl.

Since pre-Buddhist Bon Po people made their home on the Himalayas thousands of years ago, the pure harmonics of singing bowls have played a role in trance and transformation, assisting seekers on the path of enlightenment.

Traditionally, the bowls are forged of the seven sacred metals that correspond to the seven sacred planets: gold, silver, mercury, copper, iron, tin and lead. Legends say that in some singing bowls the iron was replaced with metals from the heavens, or meteorites found on the Himalayan mountaintops. In some ways, the bowls are shrouded in mystery, entirely absent within the writings of the Buddhist canon, yet they are common in monasteries and private
homes. Their singing is a sacred sound that stills the frenetic pacing of the mind, allowing the consciousness to become focused, and leading to the trance state.

The rich sonic vibrations produced by the singing bowls are created when the mallet is rubbed on the thick outer rim of the bowl in a circular motion – which is itself an act of meditation. When a person has lost his or her natural rhythm, a healer may use a the sounds of the singing bowl to awaken cellular memory and cause healing energy to flood the body. Because of their unique properties, these beautiful instruments are not associated with any one spiritual tradition. Instead, their song has resonated over the years, granting people of many convictions peace through sound.

Some time before, I really needed to buy a building for my business but I did not earn enough cash and couldn’t purchase something. Thank God my fellow proposed to try to take the loan at creditors. So, I did so and used to be happy with my auto loan.
