The Mantra for Psychic Protection

As Lightworkers we are all vulnerable to sabotaging energies and some people get very concerned about protection. In my experience, when we are clearing core fear from past lives, we resonate with that fear while it is being released.

We may feel more fearful than normal and experience actual physical discomfort. 'Like attracts Like' and so we temporarily attract to us sabotaging, lower vibrational energies. This is the most common reason for feelings of being psychically attacked. However, it's certainly true that Lightworkers can be vulnerable.

Most of you already know how to call on St Germain or the Archangel Michael at such times. However, I am being told, that as we move into Mastery, we need to learn how to strengthen our energy fields and protect ourselves.

The following mantra is to enhance and strengthen the 7th level of the energy field to create a barrier for psychic protection to block incoming lower vibrational energies. It is as effective for the Seen, ie other people, as the for the Unseen. It will also help strengthen the energy field if this is weakened by taking in alcohol or drugs.

1 STAND with palms together in front of the heart chakra.

2 SAY OUTLOUD ( Just say the words as they sound phonetically )

MAS...E...KA JIN...E...SA (say it 3 times )

3 Stretch and open your hands and arms out and raise them up...

4 Imagine you are bringing golden white light in from the heavens.

5 SAY OUTLOUD 3 times

MASH...E...Li. ..Col Li...Ess...E ( say Li as in 'hit' )

This will strengthen the input of God's Light.

6 Now cross your hands over your heart and imagine strength infusing every cell of your body.

Repeat as often as you wish during the day to stay in a powerful psychic protection shield.

A severe tummy ache and sometimes vomiting don't have the flu or food
poisoning. They are often times under psychic attack.

Some of the signs are
Ringing or buzzing in the ears
Electrical pulses through the head
Feeling there is something wrong
Stomach ache, ear ache
Possible vomiting and, or, diarrhoea.
Passing out, dizziness
Pain in the body for many weeks or months after the initial attack.
