Inner energy meditation for
protection
- You can use this technique when you are sit comfortably
or walking around. But for now, start meditating by
grounding, running energy and creating a flower.
- Now visualize a flower that represents you. That means
a flower that symbolizes you or another way to look at it
is, "if you were a flower, what would you be?"
- This time we will be using the flower, so you need not
destroy it unless you want to create a new one.
- This is called a decoy or protection flower. It works
simply by creating a representation of you. If there are
energies, attention or forces being directed towards you,
they will go to the flower instead of you.
- As before, inspect your flower from time to time. It
will persist for sometime without you having to do anything
once it is created. Just leave it out there and let it do
it's job.
- One you create your protection flower, you are done.
Simply replace it once a day or whenever you feel it is
time to get a fresh one.
This protection technique is probably one of the strongest and
most effective techniques because it requires no energy from
you, nor is it inflamitory or reactive.
The more you practise this type of flower the longer it will
persist and the better you will develop this protection
technique.
