MEDITATION
Grounding
1. Sit comfortably
2. Visualize an area at the base of your spine. This is your
first chakra (note: you don't have to know what chakras
are).
3. From the base of your spine, visualize a cord or line or
connecting to the center of the earth. This is called
"Grounding".
4. When you are done, imagine a golden sun of your own life
force energy shine down and replenishes you.
5. Now briefly bend down and touch the floor.
6. You are done.
Grounding is one of the first steps to Meditation, but it
can be used outside of your meditation space as well. It make
you safer, by creating a way for you to release excess,
unwanted or unhealthy energy. You don't need to know what type
of energy to put down it, any energy that is not appropriate
for you will simple have a place to go and release down the
grounding cord.
This is important in the Energy
Meditation because you will heal yourself by
releasing charged and unhealthy energy while you meditate.
Grounding is good for many things. Here is a partial list of
the benefits:
Makes you safe by creating a way to release negative
influences.
Allows you to become more intuitive as you gain confidence with
being sensitive to energy.
Releases trauma and negative energy.
Makes it harder for negative energy to effect you.
